FabHotel Morjim Bliss - Nr. Morjim & Ashwem Beach

Getting there means taking a very narrow, steep road, and the apartment before the hotel was dirty, with garbage outside. The room was good, but the washroom smelled. We stayed five nights and six days, and got poha three times for breakfast. It didn’t taste good and wasn’t served hot. The tea was awful, so I wouldn’t choose this hotel for breakfast. The swimming pool wasn’t clean either. I wasn’t satisfied.

The staff were the one good thing, but that wasn’t enough for the service we paid for. There was no water in the morning, so we had to go into another used room just to use its wash basin. The rooms felt far from premium: no TV, used tissue in the washroom, no hot water, and only one towel for my three-day stay. They didn’t clean the room daily, and water clogged in the washroom, apparently because of construction. The parking passage was so narrow that getting an SUV through could take a long time or leave it scratched. Breakfast for 500 was just plain bread without butter and poha. The bed blocked the cupboard, so it couldn’t even be opened. If you want to spoil your vacation, go for it.

The water supply stopped twice while I was showering, and it smelled awful, like something had died in it. The room was filthy and smelled of vomit, with vomit stains on the pillows and cigarette butts scattered around. The smoke smell was unbearable, and the bathroom still stank after I used room spray. The receptionist was rude and dismissive when we raised problems, usually staring at his phone instead of looking up. I had to beg for room service and go to reception four times for basic help. He said they didn’t have enough manpower, as if that were my problem. Breakfast was included, but it took at least ten requests to get any. When it finally came, there was a bug in the food. The booking through MakeMyTrip also listed free beer, but the hotel refused to provide it, saying the head office had to email them first, even after I showed the confirmed details. What a pathetic excuse. This place caused stress, discomfort, and disgust. It’s not suitable for families or kids. Don’t book here if you care about hygiene, basic service, or peace of mind.

Getting to the parking area is difficult if you have a big car, because the road is very narrow. The room and washroom were dirty, and there was no television. At first they didn’t give us a towel, and the towels we got later were dirty. A horrible experience.
