The location near the sea and the air conditioning may suit someone who has few other requirements, but the stay was rough for us. The room hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, and both the floor and dishes were dirty. We got just one towel for two people, with no soap or toilet paper, and the service was really poor. Breakfast was basic, just egg and bread, without even ketchup.
The guest house itself seemed good, but the staff made the stay frustrating. They refused to bring tea or coffee even though we were ready to pay. After we said we'd post a Google review, Mr Anant, who called himself the manager, came over shouting before he knew what had happened. Once we explained, he eventually brought black coffee, but it was cold.
We paid in full after booking by phone, but were turned away at check-in because they said the rooms were fully booked. We had also booked through OYO, who were just as irresponsible. The staff were irresponsible too.
For a low price in an otherwise costly hotel, it's a decent option to consider. Not too bad.
The price was comfortable, and so was the stay.
