Joel at the restaurant deserves a special mention. He was warm, attentive, and made us feel looked after, which really lifted the stay. The reception was a different story, the welcome felt rather cold and could be friendlier. I liked the relaxed beachside feel at Montego Bay Beach Resort, and it's well placed for a quieter stay in Morjim. Our cabin was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well kept, though a bit more luggage space would help, especially on a longer trip. A good stay overall, with lovely restaurant service and some room for improvement at the front desk.

The rooms really need attention. They weren't ventilated well, and without an exhaust fan even in the bathrooms, there was a constant unpleasant smell. I stayed here with my family and had mixed feelings. The resort is very close to the beach, which was the main bright spot, and the food was good too.

The breakfast was generous, with a good mix of different cuisines, and the staff were polite and helpful. Montego Bay Beach Resort is right by the shore, so you can step out of your room and walk along a calm, peaceful beach. The cottages are thoughtfully laid out, spaced well, and have what you need for a comfortable visit. The whole resort is very well maintained. A lovely place for a relaxed getaway.

There are a few good places nearby on foot, including Tomatoes, Burger Factory, and Uma by the sea, and shops just outside the resort sell necessities. The beach is right next door and easy to reach. I liked the restaurant's seating area for sunset, along with the food and drinks. The rooms are nice, and the kitchen service was excellent. There's a spa, which was okay, and they also offer hookah. A great spot to spend quality time with friends or family.

My favorite part was the restaurant, with beach views, fair prices, and great service from all the waiters, especially the gentleman from Assam. The rooms were nice but basic, with air conditioning and a fridge, and surrounded by quiet, well-grown vegetation. There are shops nearby, and having a taxi stand right next to the hotel was really handy.
