The restaurant was the highlight for me. They’re good at North Indian food, portions were generous for the price, and RK was helpful about adjusting dishes for my daughter, who was 2.5 years old. The kitchen looked clean and well kept. Breakfast is included, though the choices are limited; you can ask for extra items from the menu. Our room was in good shape, and the pool was really clean. The staff helped whenever we needed them. It was a very good experience and worth the stay.

The food is reasonably priced since they recently brought in a new caterer, but the waiter serving it didn’t know how to speak to guests properly. Because of that, guests were going outside for lunch and dinner, and I took off one star. The rooms are roomy, clean, and the staff are helpful in every way. The pool deserves a mention too, it was kept clean and is open from 8 AM to 7 PM. Morjim beach is barely 1 km away.

The rooms are nice and clean, and it’s good value for money, but privacy can be an issue. The partition between two adjoining rooms is very thin, so you can hear conversations next door. I didn’t use the pool because it wasn’t very clean. The restaurant wasn’t great and only served breakfast; at other times they got food from outside. They don’t provide water either, so you have to buy bottled water. Staff were good, but didn’t seem mature enough to understand customer problems and resolve them satisfactorily.

For the economical rate, it’s a decent deal in Morjim, with a resort-like feel but hotel-style rooms. The AC is good, and they provide two bottles of water a day. Service was decent too. There’s a small table and two chairs outside each room, and a little pool. Breakfast is a set menu, with two varieties plus tea or coffee from 8-10am. They also provide Oyo standard bath lotion and soap. There are two rooms in each villa, divided by false walls, so you can hear through them. The linens and bath towels could have been cleaner. During our three-day stay, they never cleaned the room. It would be good if they did that every day.

The rooms look as good in person as they do in the pictures, and the outdoor seating and gorgeous ambience are great. It’s a new place with a pool. Since they’d only just opened, I would’ve liked more information. There were no rugs, and the towels and housekeeping could’ve been handled more often. Even with those flaws, I’d highly recommend it, especially for couples planning to spend a lot of time on the bed, if you catch my drift.
