The staff were humble and helpful, and the location worked well for getting to nearby beaches. I had a good stay and would definitely say yes to staying here. 👍👍👍

The clean white bed linen was nice, though they seemed reluctant to change it during a longer stay. The place itself is pleasant, but the rubbish around it is everywhere: bags, cardboard, old shoes, foil, and piles of trash. They burn it there, and smoke blows in through the windows. Nobody seems to clean or sweep the area, and it makes the whole place look depressing. After a week you stop noticing, I suppose. The beach is a short walk away through the Orion or Morjim cafes. The room AC costs 200 rupees a day, and you can use a remote to set the temperature. Laundry is 20 rupees per item. Breakfast is the same omelet, two slices of toast, and 150ml tea or coffee with milk every day, which gets boring. Evenings are noisy from dogs and traffic, and there are lots of mosquitoes. The kitchen has a stove but no gas or utensils, so everything costs extra. Only the semi-detached apartments have kitchens, and those have two bedrooms for two people. The rooms are small and very stuffy in the daytime. Lunch and dinner are available at the café on site, but cost extra too.
