The wooden cottage is especially lovely to stay in, and the cottages look out over the river, which is a big plus. The hotel also has a clean, well-kept pool and nice dining choices. The rooms are beautifully maintained, and the staff are wonderful, very friendly people.

There are basic amenities here, and a short stay might be okay. But we didn't have a very good experience. The bathrooms weren't up to the mark, the restaurant staff weren't good, and loud music from the neighboring resort played in the morning. If you're looking for a truly peaceful and pleasant vacation, this isn't the place.

The pool is good and the rooms are big, so it was a nice place to rest after a hard day. Still, there were daytime electricity problems, and there wasn't much to do there. Room service was limited, the food was just okay, and breakfast options and portions were small. They use powdered coffee even though there's a proper machine. Double booking for the same room can happen, so confirm all the details.

The hotel was affordable and peaceful, with a good-sized room and parking available. Its central location worked well for visiting different places in Goa. We had a good experience overall, though the room wasn't cleaned daily unless we asked.

They have two kinds of rooms: the separate cottages look nicer, while the basic AC rooms were smelly and poorly maintained. Toiletries and service were lacking too. The place just needs more attention.
