Shaan Coco Palms Beach Resort

Our family of 11 had a wonderful four-day stay, away from the city's hustle. The breakfast spread was flavorful and very good, and head chef Tuhin and the team were warm and always served with a smile. The pool was inviting and well maintained, and housekeeping worked swiftly. Mr. Sameer and Mr. Ravi at the front office were friendly and prompt whenever we needed help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the sort that makes you take your time in the morning. From the room, we could see the sea and hear the waves when we woke up. The beach is only a few steps away, making it easy to go for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Simple comforts, good food, and the sea right there.

The cozy rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was good in both flavor and quality. Still, parts of the stay need work. The jacuzzi looked unclean when we used it, and tea and coffee weren't available after 5 p.m., which was inconvenient. Room service was uneven and often took repeated follow-ups. Lunch and dinner also had limited choices for North Indian guests. With better attention to the jacuzzi's cleanliness and more reliable service, Shan Coco Palm Resort could offer a more comfortable stay.

Sameer and Ravi were especially helpful and polite, and their hospitality made a real difference. We found the property peaceful, with greenery around the pool, a short walk from the beach. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable feel and Goan charm. The in-house restaurant served tasty food at reasonable prices. We had a wonderful stay at Shaan Coco Palms Resort in Morjim, and would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere calm and comfortable near Morjim beach.
