Hotel Hillock

We found the location convenient, just after entering the mount and within walking distance of the market. There was plenty of parking, with space for more than 20 vehicles. The staff were consistently prompt, courteous, and professional. The rooms were spacious, and the landscaped garden was lovely and well kept. There’s also a separate play area for children. Breakfast had good variety and was delicious. A colleague recommended the hotel to me, and I’d recommend it to others visiting Mount Abu.

The deluxe room was cramped, and the air conditioner didn’t work. The mattress seemed expired, and I didn’t sleep all night. If you want a good night’s sleep, be cautious. The shower also didn’t work properly, and there was no shampoo or dental kit in it. I’m both disappointed and laughing at the claim of a 4 Star rating. The service felt below average for a 3 star hotel. I paid 5500 rupees for a deluxe room.

The food was a highlight for us, simple and comforting, like authentic home-cooked food. We’d definitely recommend eating here. Every staff member was humble, polite, and attentive, and they made us feel welcome while going out of their way to help. We had a fantastic stay from beginning to end and will come back. Highly recommended for a visit to Mount Abu.

The views were breathtaking, both inside and outside the hotel, and the food was delicious. I was struck by the decoration and welcoming feel as soon as I arrived. The staff gave excellent support and hospitality throughout my stay. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and the experience was more memorable than I’d hoped.
