I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness or service. The room was very dirty and dusty, and the pillows were unclean. The covers looked a little cleaner, but the room still smelled bad. Hot water only started after I told the staff twice, so it wasn't available when needed. Quite a few basic facilities were missing, which made the stay uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves its standards.

Hotel Dev Residency was good value for money and well located near the market and Nakki Lake. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. Recommended.

The service was poor, and staff weren't helpful when we needed a response. Water didn't come on time, the bathroom was very dirty, and basic facilities weren't properly provided. The room itself was filthy, with a strong damp smell, dirty looking bedsheets and pillow covers, and poor ventilation that made it feel suffocating. A very disappointing stay. Rating: 2/10. Not recommended at all.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but never dealt with management this incompetent. The service was sub-par, and the manager was aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they made the situation worse. This place is failing badly because of the people running it.

Worst hotel stay I've ever had. The service was poorly managed and pathetic, with no sense of hospitality. Staff were rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Manager Chandan Choubey was especially disrespectful, used abusive language, and spoke to us in a way no guest should be spoken to. What made it worse was seeing the owner seem helpless and scared of the manager, letting this behavior continue. This place is a complete mess and doesn't deserve a single star. Avoid it at all costs.
