They pushed us to rent an Activa through the owner, who took a heavy commission even though the same bike was much cheaper outside. It felt like a total rip-off. At checkout, he also argued aggressively over drinking water, charging ₹35 for a bottle marked ₹20, as if it were a luxury. The owner had been sweet only until we checked in. There were wrong items on the bill too, including an extra tea charge. When we asked about it, they argued instead of apologizing. No professionalism or hospitality, just a focus on money. The stay was a complete waste of money. Don't book here. There are better options in Mount Abu, and you can save yourself the stress.

The room had no stable WiFi, and getting help from reception wasn't easy. Requests were delayed by about 30 minutes or forgotten altogether, while the staff seemed untrained and inattentive. When we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The pillows smelled unpleasant and were in poor condition, and the bathroom hygiene was lacking too. That made the stay uncomfortable. Hotel Golden Veena has potential, but cleanliness, staff training, and response times need work. Until then, I'd suggest considering another place that puts guest comfort first.

We kept asking for clean linen, but the sheets and blankets were dirty, and the room didn't smell fresh. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned before we got there. The stay felt unhygienic, and the photos gave a different impression. Cleanliness should be basic, but this place fell short.

The food was poor and way too expensive, and there wasn't even a proper restaurant on site. The rooms were also badly maintained and unclean, despite being priced much higher than they were worth. The room manager wasn't honest about the hotel's amenities or service. The whole stay was far below expectations. I strongly advise against booking and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We couldn't get a proper shower because the water never warmed up, even after we complained several times. The shower itself wasn't working either. It was really frustrating on a weekend trip, and the staff didn't seem concerned. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone expecting even basic comfort.
