We checked in at 1.00 PM, but didn't get room service until 6.00 PM. Until then, no one was at the hotel to look after us. At check-in, there was nobody on the premises to welcome us. Some random person helped open the gate, and we had to get ourselves settled in the rooms. It's a very nice location, but there's no responsible person to look after guests or provide good hospitality. The service was terrible, and they weren't even courteous when speaking to people. Mr. Devi Singh was especially rude. A man named Mahender sing, who said he was Devi sing's boss, also never showed up after hearing about the problems. It was the worst experience of my life, especially in a beautiful place like Mt. Abu. I regret paying them in advance.

The view from the villa was lovely, with Gurusikhar visible nearby, and we had a lot of fun dancing to music at night. I came with my whole family and we all had a wonderful time. Hardik handled the booking and everything we needed, often thinking ahead and sorting out details before we even asked. The chef made delicious food, and the rest of the staff looked after the villas well. Some TVs weren't working, but they arranged replacements quickly when we asked. Thank you to Hardik and the team for taking such good care of my family. I'd recommend the place to friends and family.
