The service and management were poor, and the facilities didn’t meet expectations. I ran into a lot of inconveniences and got no proper support from staff, which made the stay stressful and uncomfortable. There was little attention to guest concerns. It’s among the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and staying here felt like a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless service and customer care improve significantly. Save your money and choose a better hotel.

We paid 22,000/- for two nights at Royale Palace Hotel, Mount Abu, and I regret choosing it. The room was in such poor condition that the stay felt very uncomfortable. It was extremely unhygienic and badly maintained, and the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned when we checked in. Hot water kept failing, and several amenities shown on the hotel's website and on MakeMyTrip were either unavailable or not working. What we found didn’t match the online description, photos, or promises. Management showed little concern about our complaints, and the service was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Mount Abu. There are better options in the area.

The room had a nice view, the food was good, and the rooms were big. There’s a great swimming pool too. If you want one of the best hotels in Abu, always come here.

We spent one night here on December 30, 2025, and paid nearly ₹10,000 for it. After the full payment had been collected at check-in, I raised concerns about the room with the owner/manager. He dismissed them as unrelated frustration and said photos can be manipulated, even though I told him we had photographic evidence. He acknowledged the negligence but refused compensation. Since it was late and we were exhausted, we stayed after the sheets and pillow covers were changed. He eventually offered to show us other rooms, but not until then. The first room seemed reasonably clean at a glance, but there were visible stains on the washroom commode and elsewhere. As housekeeping wasn’t available in the evening, we were offered alternatives. Those rooms had noticeable dust in both the bedroom and washroom and looked as if they hadn’t been used for several days. The receptionist recognized the problem and tried to find the best option. In the room we chose, the bed linen and pillow covers weren’t fresh, and there were matchsticks and other debris in the washroom. A staff member came to replace the covers after we told reception. They found a hole in the pillow and blanket too, and said those would be replaced. The room’s cleanliness was far below what the price led us to expect. Collecting the full balance at check-in also seemed unusual compared with other hotels in Rajasthan. The owner/manager didn’t take responsibility for the cleanliness issues and treated our concerns as trivial or misplaced frustration.
