Cyrus Resort by Tolins Hotels & Resorts

We chose the wood house and it was awesome. The food was delicious, and the pool and other game area were good. The staff were cooperative, and manager Mr.Kevin was especially helpful. We had a pleasant, amazing stay at the Cyrus resort and will recommend it to friends and relatives.

We stayed in the houseboat, which looked appealing in the pictures but was a bit old and rusty in person. Still, the houseboat stay itself was really memorable. The resort is clean and nicely located right behind the backwaters. Service and food quality were average. I'd recommend it for a comfortable stay and the houseboat experience.

The lake behind the property makes for a lovely, peaceful view, especially in the evening when houseboats anchor there. Resort Cyrus Lake Haven is set amid greenery and has plenty of parking, so it feels calm and refreshing. Rooms are clean, hygienic, and well maintained, and check-in and check-out were easy. There's a small recreation room with table tennis, a well kept swimming pool, small cycles for kids, and swings for children and adults. The restaurant's food was tasty. A very good choice for families and nature lovers.

CLH is a great fit if you're after peace and quiet. We chose a lakeside view room, which was spacious, clean, and hygienic, and the washroom was good too. The people managing the property take good care of the rooms and surrounding areas, and breakfast was good. The view more than made up for the distance from Allepey town and Marari beachside, which are 18-20 kms away in opposite directions. The property also offers a houseboat facility, and there are nearby areas with jetty and speed boat rides. We skipped those since we felt there were cheaper and better alternatives in Allepey backwaters.
