The rooms are spacious and right next to Caritas Hospital, with both AC and non-AC options. Hot water is only available in the daytime because the heater is solar-powered, but the staff let us use our own immersion water heater.

The room itself was fine for a night, in a quiet, budget-friendly place, but it was full of bed bugs. That's why I'm giving it one star.
The property is good, but it isn't maintained, and the day-duty staff member, the one with a lens in his eyes, was a failure. We had booked a room and arrived after traveling 110 kilometres with a patient, only to find the receptionist hadn't reserved it. After an argument, we got a room with poor bathroom facilities. They don't seem focused on the business or guest satisfaction. It felt like their aim was to cheat guests. Don't book rooms here.
For the price, it was a good place to stay. The room was clean and had a king-size bed and the necessary things. The bathroom was cleaner than I would have expected. Overall, a good stay.
I had to call several times because a family member was in hospital, and I have recordings of the calls. My polite question about room availability and possible price adjustments got an extremely unprofessional response. The person on the phone abruptly said, “We are not selling fish here,” then hung up. When I called back to explain that I was the same person, they rudely asked, “Who are you?” and ended the call again. On my third attempt, I asked if that was how they spoke to customers, and was told, “It’s my choice.” I'd strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with this hotel.
