Breakfast was great, and the room service was good too. The rooms look like they were renovated recently. We also enjoyed the complimentary high tea and biscuits from 4pm to 5pm, plus the sunset cruise from 5pm to 6pm. The food was excellent, and we had a great stay.
The suites had an amazing view, and the resort is beautiful. The spa was peaceful and quite hygienic, but the place is poorly managed in several ways. Many areas aren't maintained, and the pool wasn't clean even though the pool attendant said it was after we pointed it out. The food was very poor, including room service, and they should change the chefs. The cart took ages to arrive, so allow for delays. We asked twice for a doctor for the spa, but he never showed up.
The scenery is incredible, with photo-worthy views around every corner. We had a lot of fun dancing with Kiran and fishing with Ananthu, both complimentary activities. We made some great memories here.
The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the food, hospitality, and ambience all added to our family vacation. The property was clean, well maintained, and well located. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, making the whole tour enjoyable. We had a wonderful, memorable stay with Sterling Hotels and would recommend it for a relaxing, hassle-free holiday.
There are plenty of activities to keep guests entertained, and the accommodations were comfortable and good value. We had a very pleasant stay, with lots of ways to spend our leisure time. Recommended.
