They even serve an omelette wrapped in newspaper, and you have to pay for water. The taps were frozen, the mattresses looked like they were on their last legs, and the location felt like entering a kacchi basti. No tea maker, toiletries or slippers in the room, and the TV channels weren't ones I'd ever watch. This was my most hopeless stay in twenty years. Everything was simply bad. Please don't stay here, it could ruin your Mumbai trip.
If they tell you to wait 5-10 minutes, expect it could turn into 40-50. I was asked to wait 5 minutes, but it became 40 because he knew the owner. That's how they treat customers, giving preference to people they know.

The service was very good and the hotel was clean and neat. The unpleasant part was hearing loud moans and sounds of sexual activity from other rooms. Too many couples come here for that, so be ready to hear it in your room. Everything else was fine.
The service was quick and friendly, and the hotel is not far from suburban train stations. The room itself is quite basic, just a double bed and AC. There were no drinking items available, like hot water.
