We were offered a refund, which I appreciated, but seeing the state of the room left me disgusted and unwilling to stay. There were stains on the bed, a lot of dust, and something that looked like blood on the curtain. Worst of all, we found four bed bugs, three dead and one alive. It was a really uncomfortable experience, and I wouldn't come back.

The rooms are small, but everything else went smoothly. Staff were good, check-in was easy, and both the location and price were great.

I've been visiting Mumbai for 12 years and have stayed at almost every hotel in this area. I rarely post reviews, but for this price, flora suites is the best I've found nearby. People mention the small rooms, but that's the case at every hotel in Mumbai. For cleanliness, staff behavior, and location, nothing else in this price range comes close.

The room price was cheap, and the rooms were clean and good. It's 50 meters from the metro station, with Marine drive and other tourist destinations nearby. The managers were friendly and the staff were nice. Thanks, I'll visit again.

The metro entrance is only a 100-meter walk away, so the location was perfect. My room was clean, the AC worked well, and the staff were very helpful. I stayed two nights and had nothing to complain about.
