Hotel Saim Palace

The only thing keeping this from five stars was the broken lift. I enjoyed my stay, and the staff were friendly. The price was reasonable, WiFi worked, the geyser worked, and the washroom was clean. The stairwell was very dirty, though I don’t think that’s under the hotel management’s control.

The roads around the dockyard are very congested, and I didn’t find the locality suitable for families. It may be more convenient for bachelors. Masjid Bandher local railway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. Zomato and SWIGGY are accessible, and local taxis are always around if Ola or Uber aren’t available. My room was clean, had WiFi and AC, and cost me 800rs a night.

The room was very small. The building is newly built, but its bottom three floors are unoccupied. Only the hotel floor is in use, and you can reach it only by lift.

Saim palace made my stay comfortable, and the team took good care of us. The reception staff in particular were polite, helpful, and cooperative. A good hotel for families. Load
