I keep coming back here whenever work brings me to the city. I've stayed continuously for the past six months, and it's become my preferred place to stay. The whole team is warm and welcoming, and the reception and host staff greet guests with real grace. They're attentive, polite, well trained, and quick to help. Even when I'm away from the hotel, they're available by phone, which makes me feel well looked after. The property is well maintained, and I’ve always felt comfortable during my stays. Service is prompt, and the staff are cooperative and well mannered. The food is delicious and vegetarian; if asked, the team will thoughtfully arrange other cuisines from outside to suit a guest’s preferences. Cleanliness, comfort, and the care they put into the service stand out. I highly recommend it for the hospitality and comfort.

The rooms are basic and on the small side, with few amenities, and the food is just average if you’re particular about what you eat. Hotel Sharda is affordable, though, and works as a simple option for a short stay.

The rooms were dirty, and the staff were rude and unfriendly toward guests. If you stay past 9 am, they pressure you to pay for an extra day. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in South Mumbai. I suggest avoiding it and boycotting this hotel in Chira bazar.

I found this place shady and unsafe for women and children, especially for families. It’s in a shady area, right beside Mumbai’s biggest graveyard. Don’t book here with your family.
