I spent 3800 INR for one night and had the worst experience. This doesn't even feel like a one-star hotel. The room, bed, sheets, and washroom were tiny and dirty, and there was a bad smell throughout. The washroom was filthy, the taps only trickled, and the staff were rude. Breakfast was inedible, with cold poori and bhaji. The bread, jam, and butter were fine.

After arriving from Dubai around 5 am, I found the receptionist asleep on the sofa. I had booked and paid in advance for two nights, but he woke up and said they'd given my room to someone else. I was so frustrated. His response was, “ab itna wait nahi sakte na aapka”. They asked me to wait 15 minutes, then it took more than an hour before one room was ready. The room was cramped and unclean. There were women's hairs on the bed, empty water bottles on the floor, and cockroaches all around. I wish there were a zero-star option.

The rooms smelled awful and had leaks, including in the bathroom. There was no parking, and my family was really troubled during the stay. They charged a lot for the condition of the hotel, and when we asked about breakfast, they said it wasn't included even though the listing showed it was. Very disappointed and not satisfied.

We arrived early, and because I'm Indian while my husband is foreign, they wouldn't let us stay at first. I had to show my marriage certificate, and they asked a lot of stupid questions. The man at reception was rude and retarded. The rooms were nothing like the photos: tiny, with barely any room to move or put down a bag. The building was under construction, and there were bugs and cockroaches everywhere. We killed three bugs, but lots more were crawling on the pillow, making it hard to sleep. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night. They seem to know which rooms have bugs and which don't. The internet wasn't good either. Breakfast tasted good, but they bring it in from outside instead of cooking it. It was the same every day: aloo puri, idli, bread, jam, tea, and water.
