The whole hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room felt more like a chain-smoker’s room than a hotel. I regret not taking photos to show the property’s condition. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I’d rate it below zero if I could. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t return. At check-in, I saw staff arguing with another guest about a missing towel in a laundry issue. They made sarcastic comments instead of handling it professionally, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. I had booked an AC Deluxe Double Bed room, but it wasn’t properly cleaned. The towels looked as if they’d been used as doormats, the windows were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.

Breakfast was the worst part of my two-day stay. The plates and utensils didn’t seem hygienic, and the server kept coughing, sometimes covering his mouth, then used that same hand to put butter and jam on guests’ food. We weren’t allowed to serve ourselves, and staff looked displeased when anyone tried. The rooms felt outdated, there was no kettle, and the geyser didn’t work, so I had to bathe in cold water. The staff’s arrogant manner made basic interactions uncomfortable. The place felt stuck nearly a decade in the past, with little effort to meet basic standards. I left very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it without improvements to hygiene, facilities, and service.

My relatives got food poisoning after eating breakfast here and are still suffering. The hygiene was poor throughout, from the rooms to the breakfast, and the rooms didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. I’d never recommend this hotel, especially to families. Staying here could ruin your trip.

The restaurant serves good food, and the hotel’s in a good location. Our room was neat and clean, and room service was available. One suggestion: take the red protective film off the fire sensors, since they won’t work with it on.
