The rooms shown on sites like makemytrip seem to be just one or two selected rooms. The others are so tiny you can barely walk around. There weren’t even chairs or a table for eating, so we had to eat on the bed. The manager repeatedly said they were arranging plastic chairs, but none arrived. Basic bathroom items were missing too. There was no handle, and I had to buy my own toilet paper. The service was very poor and the place lacked even basic amenities.
Breakfast was delivered to the room, but there was no menu. The location wasn’t good, the room smelled like fresh paint, and there was no hot water for a shower. I’m giving fabexpress Malad residency one star only so I can write this review. Otherwise, it’d be zero.
The atmosphere was nice, and the food was good. A superb hotel and worth the price.
The rooms were quite comfortable, and I had an excellent stay. It was worth visiting.
The rates are good, and it’s convenient to be near the station. The place was clean and a good option.
