The location is quiet inside even though it faces a busy area, and the train station is right across from the hotel. From there you can get around wherever you need, though the south side of the city is about an hour away. The price is good if you're traveling solo and just need somewhere to sleep. Staff are responsive and helpful. The beds and lockers are very spacious, and I liked having two pillows. The AC runs all day and night and is quite strong, so bring layers. The shower and bathroom are combined, but private.

Outside the dorm it's chaotic and loud, but you can't hear any of it inside. The location is handy, right beside Malad station and the market. The dorm and toilets were clean, and it was good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it.

The dorm is excellent, probably one of the best in Mumbai. I only had two issues: the washrooms are a bit far from the beds, and the gates shut at 11 pm, so you can't leave or come back at night.

I spent 25 days here, and the whole staff were brilliant. The place was very clean, the service was good, and everyone was courteous. Mushtaq was especially helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
