The room was on the small side, but comfortable enough. For the price, it felt worthwhile, and a special thanks to the reception team.

The dining setup needs work, since the current space isn’t good for eating in and a proper restaurant would help. If the food is made in-house, its quality needs improvement too. Breakfast also needs more variety. Having only South Indian food every day gets hard to manage.

We tried the soup and really liked it. The room was roomy and cozy, and the property itself was lovely with great service.

Breakfast was set up in what felt like a garage, with no proper dining area or basic hospitality arrangements. We’d also asked more than once not to be given packed meals, but the hotel told us to “adjust” because they were part of the package. Instead of proper meals under the MAP deal offered to our association, we got packed thalis from an unknown restaurant, and the food was awful. We had booked 12 rooms for our group at Hotel Savera Inn, Kandivali West, Mumbai, but the hotel has only two rooms per floor, so our rooms ended up spread over different floors. That was very inconvenient and badly managed. This was a thoroughly disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, decent place. Management needs to rethink how it runs the property.
