The Shiv Nautica

The pool area is quiet and very nice for spending time with family, and there’s a huge garden for walking or playing badminton, cricket, and volleyball. The staff are good. The restaurant food is tasty, though quite expensive.

The food service was unacceptable, and the staff were unhelpful and behaved poorly. At Shiv Nautic, the Veg Kolhapuri vegetables weren’t properly cooked. When we raised the problem, the team didn’t give us a proper answer. Just big names, with no support.

The location is okay and easy to reach, and the hotel can arrange cabs. My room and washroom were clean, the room was spacious, the staff were good, and breakfast was delicious. Overall, a good experience, though I couldn’t lock my room when I went out.

The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, and each person could connect only one device. That made it very hard to work, since I couldn’t use both my phone and laptop. Service also took nearly an hour even after I called reception, and the room lacked proper facilities. For what they charge, the service is very poor. Not worth the price.
