The people here are friendly, and the cafe serves really good food. Our premium valley view room had an awesome view, and its balcony jacuzzi was the cherry on top. Amenities and service were really good. It's a bit warmer here than in Munnar town, but still comfortable.

The food was the best I've had in Kerala, and everything on this trip has been good. It was good value too. Snacks and drinks in the rooms cost the same as at the local shops. The manager, Prince, couldn't have been more helpful, and the staff were unbelievably friendly. The new hotel is finished to a high standard, with tidy modern rooms and great views. I stayed for two nights just two days ago. I saw the poor review here and felt I had to say how delighted I was. I loved my stay. About the road noise complaint, hotels in this mountain area are all right beside the road, and Indians like to toot their horns. It was quiet from 9pm to 7am. Such a shame to see a one-star review.

The hotel was so enjoyable that we added another day to our stay just to spend more time there. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and there was outdoor seating with the same view. We'd chosen it after seeing photos and reviews from other couples and weren't disappointed. The room felt luxurious, with a private hot tub on the balcony looking out over foggy Kerala greenery.

From the Premium Valley view room, we could see tree plantations and forests, and the open jacuzzi on the balcony was a lovely place to relax in hot water while taking in the view. It's a fantastic spot for a Munnar vacation, with a wonderful location, helpful staff, good in-room service, and tasty complimentary breakfast. We had a nice stay.
