The food was a real highlight. Breakfast came with a huge spread each day, mostly vegetarian apart from omelettes, and included authentic Kerala dishes. Everything we tried was beyond good. There wasn't a massive choice at lunch or dinner, but what they served was exceptionally delicious. They even let us try beetroot halwa with ice cream, which was honestly so good. Our room looked out over the valley on one side and mountains on the other, and the location was absolutely beautiful. The property was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The staff were attentive, polite, and thoughtful all through our stay. Since they knew we weren't from Kerala and didn't know the roads, they printed out the best route home to help us avoid traffic. We followed it and avoided traffic completely. Such a kind gesture. The place, food, staff, and setting made our stay special and memorable. It's especially a great choice for families. Huge thanks to the Sienna Village team.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the infrastructure was thoughtfully designed and well kept. Prices weren't exorbitant, and the food was good and reasonably priced too. We found the staff humble, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay. The resort is tucked among lush greenery, with stunning mountain views and beautifully maintained grounds. The peaceful setting was so lovely that we didn't feel the need to go out at all. A gem in Munnar, whether or not you'd call it hidden. A peaceful getaway for families or anyone wanting a relaxing break in nature. Highly recommended.

The menu was somewhat limited because of the current LPG shortage, though the team handled it really well and the food quality was still excellent. The property has lovely views and a calm, relaxing feel, and the food was great. Mr. Susheel and his team made the stay at The Sienna Village smooth from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, warm with guests, and always available when we needed anything. A wonderful place I'd recommend for a peaceful getaway and great hospitality.

We booked a balcony room, and seeing the beautiful sunrise from there was unforgettable. The resort also has plenty of activities for kids and families, a spacious conference hall, and a lovely outdoor dining area for small events. Breakfast was a satisfying buffet. The Sienna Village sits in a magical, lush green landscape, peaceful and refreshing with greenery all around. Though it was established in 2004, it looks remarkably well maintained and still feels fresh and new. A wonderful stay for the ambience, facilities, and surroundings. Highly recommended for families, couples, and groups.

The rooms are huge and spacious, with stunning views all around, and the restaurant food was good, including the dinner buffet we had. Breakfast was basic, though, with no live counters. It's a picturesque spot a little way from Munnar main town. The road for the final few kilometres is dilapidated, but manageable. Definitely recommend.
