We had a great stay. If you're coming to Munnar with a big team, this is a place you should consider staying.

The rooms were very dirty, with damp walls and serious seepage. When it rains, water comes through the wall and falls inside the room.

I spent one night here, and based on that experience, I'd rather sleep in my car if this were my only hotel option. There was hair all over the bed when I walked in, along with things like clips, a hairpin, a condom wrapper, and more. The service was about as bad as it gets.

Parking was the one convenient part, with plenty of space. Everything else made for a disappointing stay. The toilets and outdoor facilities were dirty and poorly maintained. The vegetable biryani and Gobi Manchurian both tasted bad, and it took staff 25 minutes just to take my order.

The TV didn't work, and the room felt suffocatingly small. There was no view from the windows, just cement sacks outside.
