We were 15 family members, including children and elderly relatives, and after a long journey it was distressing to be treated so disrespectfully. We strongly do not recommend this resort to families. Hospitality, professionalism and basic courtesy were missing throughout our experience. Even though we had booked in advance, we waited a long time just to get the room keys. Then a staff member showed us rooms that were completely different from the ones we had booked and seen online. When we brought this up, the staff member or owner was rude and arrogant instead of addressing it politely. He bluntly told us to take the rooms or cancel and leave, saying other guests were coming. That attitude toward paying guests was shocking and unacceptable in hospitality.

We left without staying because the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional before we had even checked in. They didn’t try to sort out the problem or explain it politely, and their behavior made us very uncomfortable. The room offered on arrival was completely different from the one shown on the website when we booked. The online pictures also made the hotel look different from how it actually appeared, which felt like false advertising. It was a very bad experience, a waste of time, and an unnecessary inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Be careful about relying on the website photos.
