The property itself is good and the rooms are cozy, but the owner’s behavior spoiled the stay. We were there for one night on 31/12/25. When booking, he clearly said there’d be a bonfire for New Year at an extra charge. At check-in, he flatly refused and wouldn’t allow any New Year celebration. He wasn’t cooperative, which was especially disappointing on a special occasion. Good property, poor hospitality.

The location is top-notch and the rooms were good. Food was so-so, but acceptable. All in all, a good stay.

The room dressing area was so dim it was hard to get ready, and the coffee tasted awful. The restaurant menu was mediocre at best. We’d booked two super deluxe rooms for over ₹3000 each plus GST, but they didn’t feel deluxe. One had an old box TV instead of a flat screen, and it didn’t work; neither of the two remotes did anything. The washroom was disgusting, with a gutter-cleaning brush placed right inside the washbasin. Housekeeping took it away after we complained but didn’t clean the basin. Staff were rude and unprofessional too. At the restaurant, one employee kept asking our room number while laughing and chatting with someone else, which felt disrespectful and dismissive. From the moment I walked in, there was an unpleasant damp, earthy smell. For the price, I expected a lot better. It was a really disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
