The pool was a great place to relax, and the property was beautiful and very well looked after. We had a wonderful time at Oxygen Hotel Thekkady. The staff were polite and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Parmanand for being so kind and providing excellent service. We’d happily recommend the hotel and hope to visit again.

Mr. Anaz’s hospitality and support made our stay even more memorable. We had a really pleasant, relaxing time at Oxygen Resort, Thekkady, with clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms and a very helpful, guest-friendly team. The food was a real highlight. The butter chicken and chicken biriyani were outstanding, and the fresh vegetable soup was amazing too. Hats off to the chef. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay and great food.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and came with a generous bathroom and a balcony big enough to sit and enjoy the scenery. From there, the mountain and tree views were refreshing. The property sits in a peaceful, lush green setting, and the quiet atmosphere makes it a nice choice for a break from city noise or routine. Some things fell short. I somehow missed checking during booking that there was no AC, which is a real drawback in warmer seasons, especially for a resort marketed as premium. Service was average and sometimes slow or inattentive for a higher-star property. At the restaurant, plates weren’t properly dried or cleaned before serving. Also, when dinner is booked as a buffet, there’s no room service. The resort is often described as higher-star, but the facilities, service, and experience didn’t feel like a true 4-star stay. Most booking sites seem to list it closer to 3 stars.

My husband and I spent a night at this beautiful resort for our honeymoon. Mr. Premanand from the swimming staff was such a lovely person and took lots of photos of us. Everything was so good. We’d come back soon.
