Palasa Hotel

I celebrated my birthday here with my family, and the experience made the day extra special. The food, service, and staff were all wonderful, and the hospitality was better than anything I’ve experienced in Noida, where I live. I hadn’t expected to find a restaurant at this level in Muzaffarnagar, but The Palasa Hotel exceeded what I imagined. This is honest feedback. Thanks to Shubham,Yogesh and the team. ✨🎂

The staff are attentive and polite, the place is very clean, and the lighting and ambience work well throughout the restaurant, gallery, and lobby. The flower-lined parking area looks lovely, the location is great, and the guards and parking assistant are helpful. It’s accessible for older guests and wheelchair users. I haven’t stayed in the rooms, but I’ve eaten here at least four times a year. The dining setup, though, doesn’t feel like fine dining. The kitchen door is noisy, the speaker sounds poor with loud music, and the tables are so close together that you can hear the next table’s conversation. Three years ago, I recommended it to travelers on the NH because the food quality, quantity, and price were good. Over the last two years especially, the taste and portions have slipped relative to the rates. Calling it “Fine Dining” at the entrance and charging high prices don’t make it so. I wouldn’t choose it first unless I couldn’t drive to the place on Meerut Byepass or Sarovar Portico in Haridwar.

A beautiful property, really good food, and warm hospitality made our stay feel like a little piece of heaven. We had an amazing time and made memories we’ll keep for years. Thanks for having us, we’d love to come back :)

The property looks beautiful and the location is very good, but the staff were among the worst I can imagine. Mr. Brijesh, the front office manager, and Ms. NEETU, the front office executive, had no idea how to deal with customers. The front office people here are mad. You’re left to fend for yourself.
