The room was below the standard for what I paid, and checkout turned into another delay when they added tea to my bill even though I hadn’t ordered any. I waited about 20 minutes for them to clear it. My arrival was just as frustrating: during the BPSC exam, they told me there were no rooms when I got to the counter, despite my booking. I had to contact OYO customer service and the property owner, then spend around half an hour arguing and explaining the rules before I got a room. The staff were alert and behaved well, so I gave them two stars for that. Still, the management and the stay were very bad.

This place seems to cater to couples staying for only 2 to 4 hours. It is not suitable for a family stay. The owner and online booking services such as Oyo rooms, Trivago, and booking are cheating people and making fools of everyone who books online.
