We stayed as a family and found it reasonably priced. The rooms were comfortable, and the location puts you right in the heart of the city. It was a pleasant stay.

The room and everything in it were very dirty, and the old beds had bedbugs in the cots. It was a waste of time and money, and there was no refund option. I wouldn't suggest going to this hotel.

There was no AC despite the place advertising AC rooms, and hot water was only available in the morning, not in the evening or at night. When our family asked to change a very dirty blanket, the owner refused and shouted at us. It was nighttime, with small children and women there. This hotel deserves zero stars. Please don't go.

The rooms are old and the doors are broken. Reception didn't respond when we needed service. One of the worst hotels and services.

Everything felt bad, especially the bedrooms and washroom, and the staff were the worst. When we complained, they just argued with us and wouldn't provide a refund. A terrible experience. Don't ever visit.
