The rooftop restaurant was pathetic, so don’t use it. Service was slow too, a coffee or tea order took an hour, and room service took hours to respond. The heater needed repairing after I called because it wasn’t working. The TV was out because the DTH hadn’t been recharged, and the old lift would get stuck partway. Somewhat good, but it was a poor experience.

The staff were helpful, but the room condition really disappointed me during my one-night weekend stay. There was a strong cigarette smell as soon as I walked in, cockroaches, and bathroom lights that didn’t work. The covered basement parking also looked shabby and neglected. For the price and quality, it fell short.

During the busy Dussehra season, I found an affordable deal on Cleartrip and booked Hotel Casa Meridian. The property and rooms were clean and well kept, and there was plenty of parking, which was a big help. I also liked the top-floor restaurant. It exceeded my expectations and was a comfortable stay for the price. Highly recommend.

Vegetarian options are easy to find nearby, and the hotel restaurant serves decent veg meals. If you want more variety or a particular cuisine, you can order through Swiggy or Zomato and have it delivered to the hotel, which is a real plus. I had a good stay at Hotel Casa Meridian. The room was comfortable, staff polite and helpful, and the atmosphere pleasant. The location also made it convenient to get around. A good option for a short stay.
