Hotel Le Ruchi the Prince

The complimentary breakfast was the standout for me. There was a huge choice, from crispy dosas, soft idlis, and other South Indian staples to eggs, fresh fruit, pastries, and a full continental spread. I’ve stayed at expensive hotels with fewer options, and you could eat here for days without repeating a meal. Le Ruchi The Prince in Mysuru has the feel of a high-end five-star resort at the price of a regular hotel, so it’s easily the best value I’ve found in the city. The rooms are massive and feel premium, and the property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff treated me like a VIP, and the calm, lush atmosphere made me want to spend all day by the pool. If you want a luxury feel without spending a fortune, this is the spot. I’m definitely coming back whenever I visit Mysuru!

We came with friends and found the prices reasonable, with plenty of parking available. The place was very neat, clean, and well maintained, and the ambience was excellent. Staff were good, service was good, and the food was very good too. A great place to hang out with family and friends in Mysore.

We loved our five-day stay at Le Ruchi. The rooms were clean and very spacious, including plenty of bathroom space for all my cosmetics. The many staff members were attentive and helpful, and seemed to enjoy their work. Veeresh was among those who looked after us, and Nanjunda Swamy took especially good care of us, making things easy after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious, with a strong focus on regional food. There were different fruit and vegetable juices, even bitter melon, plus made-to-order masala dosas, omelettes and uttapam, sausages, and chicken liver. The espresso machine was a treat. As one of the few international visitors from the USA, we appreciated the service team helping us make informed food choices. The restaurant chef was amazing, and the small bar next to the restaurant had a good atmosphere. We ate there several times because the food and drinks were so good, just like at the restaurant. Le Ruchi had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to go back into town to find somewhere to eat. The one thing I really missed was the pool. I’d booked because it looked beautiful, but it was under renovation during our stay. Even with that disappointment, I thought the hotel was good value.

The way the team welcomed guests with a smile and spoke to them so professionally made me really happy with my time at Hotel Ruchi. I’ve worked in hospitality since 2018, so even with my limited experience I’ve seen quite a bit. They’ve set a high standard, and I’ll definitely recommend them to people from Kerala. Thank you.
