Ibis Styles Mysuru

Mr. Rajesh was especially kind, friendly, and helpful, and the rest of the staff were sweet and cooperative too. Everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast had a nice range of dishes, and everything tasted great. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel.

Breakfast had lots of choices and everything we tried was delicious. The hotel was clean, hygienic, and well kept throughout our visit. Check-in was easy, and the staff responded quickly when we asked for things. They brought an iron right away. Thanks to the polite front desk team, and especially to Mr. Sunil, who cheerfully helped with our luggage and cab arrangements. We had a comfortable stay at Ibis Styles Mysuru and would gladly recommend it to visitors.

Danesh, Faizan, and prabal all provided great service. It was a busy weekend, so we didn't get an upgrade, but the hospitality was good. The spa wasn't operating yet when I stayed. We did use the pool, and the new property was great overall. There's also a kids' play area. Thanks, we'll be back. Honestly, I prefer this over grand mercure.

The room mix-up at check-in was quite a shock: the second regular room's keycard didn't work, so staff used a master key, only for us to discover a man showering inside. It seems their system issued two cards for the same room. The GM apologized and kindly offered us a suite as the second room, along with a discount. It was spacious and very good, with a fridge, microwave, sitting room, bedroom, and a TV in each. We had booked two rooms for one night at Ibis Style Mysuru. The modern rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, amenities, and decor were all very good. Dinner and service at the rooftop bar and restaurant were good too. There's a rooftop pool, but it wasn't heated, so we didn't use it. Breakfast included idli, vada, puri bhaji, dosa and omelet stations, poha, upma, fresh fruit, fruit salad, chia seed pudding, pastries, ragi ambil, tea, coffee, fruit juice, and cereal. Most things tasted good. The hotel was on our way from Vrindavan garden and a little outside Mysuru city center. Overall, we were pleased and would recommend it.
