The beds were comfortable and the hotel had a peaceful feel. Our room was clean and looked after, and the staff were helpful during our stay. Check-in was easy, and the location worked well. It felt like home, and I'd recommend it.

The person at reception was especially humble and helpful. We felt safe there with our family, and the clean room and bed were well maintained. We stayed two days in an AC double room. The washroom was clean and had hot water. The location made it easy to get to the tourist spots, so I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mysore who wants a clean, well-kept place.

We were led to believe this was the Udipi restaurant, but apparently there is another Udipi upstairs. The dosas were ₹250 for two and tasted sweet and sour, while the idly was very bad too. The food was disappointing, and the way we were directed there left us completely let down.

The food quality was disappointing, and the staff's response made things worse. When I said I'd leave a bad review, they laughed it off and said they could delete reviews anyway. They made fun of customers instead of taking the feedback seriously. Very unprofessional.

I stayed for one night and the room was great. I didn't really get a chance to see what the service was like, but the complimentary breakfast was the best I had during my five-day trip.
