The staff were especially helpful. We had booked a non-AC room, but they gave us an AC on request without charging extra. Parking was a little confusing at first, but they guided us and made sure our cars were secure. Golden Residency is a comfortable, affordable option for families under ₹3000. If you're travelling by car, the location is handy for visiting Mysuru Palace, the zoo, and St. Philomena Church. There's also a good vegetarian restaurant nearby.

Really polite, cooperative staff and good rooms with good service. Their tea and coffee are next level. Worth it.

Two families came to stay here, and we all felt comfortable. The service and hospitality were awesome. Thank you, chandra sir and somna driver uncle. I'd recommend it to everyone, and we'll book again on our next trip.

The location is the one real plus. We stayed one night in an AC room, but the rooms are only fairly okay and don't feel much like a hotel. The TV didn't work, and even after staff changed the setup box there were barely any channels. There were cockroaches too, and I got locked in the bathroom because the old doors are poorly maintained. You could manage one night here, but I wouldn't suggest it to people used to business hotels.
