The second room they moved us to still had AC trouble, and it wasn't comfortable either. Our first room's AC hadn't worked from check-in, and although we told staff several times that the kids had fallen asleep, nobody came for hours. Around midnight someone finally showed up and told us to move, while acknowledging they already knew the AC in that room didn't work. When I asked why they'd put us there, the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked. We'd paid everything at booking, which made it feel even less fair. The floor was dirty, some tiles shifted underfoot, and the bathroom had no curtain. The place seemed poorly maintained, and staff didn't act with much urgency or responsibility. It was a stressful family stay, especially with children. I wouldn't recommend it until these problems are fixed.

The room was spacious for the price, but that was about the only upside. Highway traffic kept making noise all night, and the windows couldn't be sealed properly. There was also construction hammering through the night, so sleeping was impossible. Staff knew about the noise but hadn't done anything ahead of time. At checkout, nobody even asked about helping with our luggage or loading it into the vehicle. Very disappointing.

The staff were respectful, and the rooms were clean, but a lot needs attention. The premium room had stained beds and fungus, blocked washbasins, floor panels coming loose, and nails sticking up from the floor. The glass window had no latch, which seemed dangerous with a child who could fall while looking outside. I had to keep calling to get towels changed, and room service didn't answer overnight despite repeated calls. The breakfast buffet ran out quickly in the mornings. I hope the restaurant improves at least on these points.

We couldn't sleep well because traffic from the nearby Mysore-Bangalore expressway was constant. We stayed two days and asked for the room to be cleaned, but it never was. Reception gave us a hard time when we called for plates, asking too many questions instead of providing them. The door key failed several times, so we kept having to call housekeeping, and the WiFi didn't work even after we got the password. Not worth ₹4000, and I wouldn't book it for a family trip.
