The hotel was clean and good, but the service was thin.

We couldn't sleep all night because the place had so many bed bugs. They charged extra and still gave poor service. A waste of money. Please don't visit.

Room 104 was clean, and both the AC and TV worked. The washroom was clean too, and the room was good for what we paid. The hotel is next to Reliance Digital and has basement parking. Its location is great, with good vegetarian restaurants nearby. I didn't use the staff service. I recommend it.

We'd booked two months ahead and thought our stay was sorted, since almost every lodge was full. But when our family of 14, including small children, arrived, they didn't honor the booking and left us with nowhere to stay at midnight. We felt awful and heartbroken. How can we trust people who do this? I hope nobody else goes through the same thing. Be careful dealing with this lodge and its people.

We booked for three families two months ahead. When we arrived expecting rooms, they said none were left and that the booking had been cancelled without telling us. We ended up by the roadside at midnight. It's a terrible experience, and I noticed others have had similar problems. Please be careful booking here.
