Really good rooms and good service. My experience with hotel divyansh was fantastic all around.

We booked four rooms after clearly asking for snow mountain views in every room, but at check-in we were told only two had a view, and neither of those two had a balcony. The staff were rude and unprofessional. When my wife asked for water because ours had run out, someone said over the intercom, “The water jug is lying in the room.” The food was poor too, so even though dinner was included in our package, we had to eat outside. When we asked for a lower charge because of the poor service and said we wouldn’t pay the full amount, they told us, “Check out and show us.” I’ll never recommend this hotel. It doesn’t seem to care about customers or know how to speak to them. I relied on paid reviews, but noticed that after each negative review, several positive ones appeared, burying the complaints.

I booked through MyTravaly for 14-16 December, and the hotel contacted me about checking in. Somehow, though, MyTravaly and the hotel hadn’t communicated with each other. The staff and manager then held my family and me to extort payment. It was the worst experience ever, right in front of my family. I suggest civil-minded travelers avoid both Divyansh and MyTravaly.

The location is good, but the stay ruined the experience. The room was dirty and the bathroom filthy, so I canceled my second night. Even the restaurant area was so dirty. I was misled by the other reviews and booked here. Please avoid it.
