Hotel Victoriya palace

Our trip to Naddi wasn’t planned, and we arrived without a hotel booking. Around 5:30 AM, we called the property manager, who answered and guided us to the hotel. He was incredibly helpful from the start. We loved how peaceful the place was, with the mountains all around. It was well maintained and seemed suitable for couples and families alike. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was clean and in good shape, the bathroom was neat, and the mountain view from the room was refreshing. We stayed for two days and really enjoyed the meals. Everything tasted good, especially the dal curry. It felt like being in heaven, surrounded by nature and quiet. Thanks to the administration and the whole team for making our stay memorable. A must-visit in Naddi, and highly recommended.

The property is old, but they keep it in good condition, and the staff are cooperative. The rooms are an okay size, though you’ll need to climb a few staircases to get to the reception and rooms. The Himalayan mountain views and location are wonderful. If you’ve booked breakfast and dinner, check the meal times with the staff. Our breakfast came at 9.30 am, so ask about the schedule if you need to check out early.

We stayed at Victoriya Palace from 11.04.26 to 13.04.26, and the Dhauladhar range views from the rooms were fantastic. Arvind and the rest of the staff were friendly and cooperative. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone planning to stay in Naddi. The food tasted a bit expensive for what it was.

Vishal was polite, friendly, and always willing to help. His warm hospitality made our stay more comfortable. We had a really nice time, and the property was well maintained with a great view.
