The mountain view from the garden was a favorite part of my peaceful, relaxing stay at club Mahindra. The food was really good too, and I’d definitely like to return. It’s a little away from the main market, so it’s quiet, but everything is still accessible.
The hotel staff seemed shockingly unprofessional. Some appeared drunk while on duty, and our repeated requests to turn the volume down were ignored. Their New Year’s Eve event was so loud that our 1-year-old baby couldn’t sleep at all, making the stay extremely disappointing.
The rooms are smaller than what you’d usually get at Mahindra resorts, but the place feels warm and friendly. It’s right on the main road, which makes getting around easy, and the staff were very helpful.
We have a subscription to the resort chain, and the restaurant was very good. The rooms were clean and well maintained too.
We spent three nights here with family and had a very good, warm stay at Mahindra. The staff were helpful, and the service was great.
