We spent four nights here with family and had a pleasant stay. The rooms and hotel were very clean, well maintained, and seemed brand new. The property itself was excellent and comfortable. Restaurant service could use more staff. The people there were courteous and willing to help, but seemed stretched between dining room guests and room service, so table service was often delayed. I think adding 1-2 cooks and at least 2 waiters would make a real difference. The breakfast could have some bakery choices, like tea cakes or muffins. A few dinners had disappointing desserts, with little choice and melted ice cream. Starters were sometimes cold, though from the second day onward the team gladly made them fresh when we asked. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated their efforts. Better restaurant staffing and food service would improve the experience further.

Miss Sonali deserves special thanks for her professionalism, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality. She was always helpful and made our stay more comfortable and memorable. At Sterling Nirmaya, service was excellent, the staff courteous, and everything well managed. The mountain and valley views are breathtaking, and the setting is peaceful, perfect for a break from the hustle and time in nature. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
