The meals were a highlight, with delicious choices for different tastes and thoughtful preparation and presentation. Rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping kept them immaculate. From my arrival, the front office team was warm and professional and made me feel valued. The service, cleanliness, food, and hospitality all exceeded my expectations. This resort deserves its 5-star rating, and I'd highly recommend it for a luxurious, memorable getaway.

Soniya from the travel desk made a lasting impression. She helped arrange transport and gave recommendations, then went far beyond that when I realized I'd left something at the airport. She coordinated getting it back and having it shipped to my personal address, with real willingness and efficiency. Thank you, Soniya, for such dedicated service. The property at Storii by ITC Hotels is beautifully designed, with charming architecture and a convenient yet relaxing location. Staff across the hotel were welcoming, polite, and ready to help.

The welcome was lovely, with a big NAMASTE, smiles from all the employees, and a welcome drink. The dining hall staff were outstanding. Chefs Gulshan Vipin and Jeevan made outstanding dishes, and Smruti Payal and Komal served the food with extraordinary smiles and care. The place has a good location and such homely staff that I'd definitely recommend it. All the best to Komal, she deserves a promotion to a higher rank.

The Pan-Asian menu could improve. The Thai curry was missing authentic ingredients such as galangal and kaffir lime, and the Asian bowls could use more exotic vegetables. Still, the food quality overall and service were very good. The buffet was extensive and freshly prepared each day, and the spa added to the relaxing retreat feel. We recently stayed at Storii by ITC Amoha Retreat, and it was a wonderful, rejuvenating break. The grounds are beautifully designed, with manicured lawns, a play area, and a cozy library. Artificial waterfalls add a gentle sound to the peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to unwind. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. They honored my Club ITC Gold status with an upgrade of two categories to a balcony room, great for sun-soaking and enjoying the calm surroundings. The in-room amenities and toiletries were premium branded. Hospitality was exceptional, and every staff member went out of their way to look after us. Thanks especially to Ms. Shikha, Ms. Komal, Ms. Payal, and Mr. Jitender for being warm and attentive. All our requests were handled promptly with a single call, which to me showed how well managed the hotel is. There are quite a few stairs around the property and ramp access is limited apart from the main entrance. Better access for disabled guests and strollers would help families. To take in the place and relax at an easy pace, I'd recommend at least 3 nights. The planned indoor pool will make it even better. Highly recommended, and looking forward to coming back.
