My first stay here with my family was really disappointing. In winter, they should at least provide warm water for kids. The rooms were clean, but the beds were dirty, and there was no room service. There’s no Wi-Fi or smart TV, and other essential amenities were missing too. There aren’t local attractions or markets nearby.

The place felt peaceful and refreshing, and the food was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious, with beautiful mountain views, and the staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. There are cozy bonfire areas, a lawn, and a banquet hall, with 35+ comfortable rooms and parking for over 30 cars. From our arrival, the hospitality was top-notch. It works well for families, couples, or big events like weddings, and is a good place to relax or get away from the city. Highly recommended for a visit to the hills. I had a wonderful experience at Snow Touch Resort by Shaktiyan Hotels!

The special suit I booked was beautiful, clean, and just right for our family. The staff were accommodating, and the amenities were great. We also had a lot of fun with a group who was there during our visit. I loved the hotel's service and view. If I get the chance to go to Manali again, I’d choose "SNOW TOUCH". We had a great experience at "snow touch".

Even after several requests, they wouldn’t fix the hot water tap, despite having our keys. It was minus six degrees. There wasn’t even a basic first aid kit. They asked us to pay for disposable bathroom slippers, which every resort is actually supposed to provide. The blanket was thin for that weather, and when we asked for another, they said they didn’t have enough supply. They were irresponsible.
