Mariners Bay Suites

I checked into 'MARINERS BAYS SUITES NAGOA' on 22nd of February 2025 for a family trip to Goa, with two rooms booked. The rooms looked nothing like the photos and videos on Google. Both were dirty and unhygienic, and I doubt the bathrooms had ever been cleaned since they were built. The toilet seat covers were broken, the AC didn't work properly, and the linen, quilts, and bedsheets were like rubbish. I've uploaded photos of the linen. Mr. NEERAJ, who takes care of the property, was very shoddy. He kept demanding the remaining payment rudely while I was in the swimming pool. I told him I was wet and would pay in five minutes, but he kept asking. He also said he wasn't a caretaker, so I asked why he was asking for the balance if that was the case. He ignored me and spoke rubbish to me and my father. He didn't provide drinking water and said we had to buy it from a shop, adding that we wouldn't have to spend 20 thousand rupees on water. That was very rude. Mr. NEERAJ, if this is your profession, you're in the wrong one, and not everyone will tolerate you. If I hadn't been with my family, I would've shown you everything. I'm also in the hospitality sector. All in all, my experience was very bad. If you're planning a trip to Goa, don't get trapped with these goons. Your money will be wasted and your trip spoiled.

A nice spot for time with friends or someone you love. The rooms are good, and the side area is great too. The swimming pool is good, though it isn't as deep as a normal one. There's also a baby pool.
