Centre Point

The lobby and interiors were stylish and welcoming, and the location was excellent, with nearby attractions easy to reach. The staff were polite and attentive, responded quickly to requests, and check-in was smooth. My room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and good lighting, and housekeeping kept it in good shape during my weekend stay at Hotel Centre Point. Ratings: rooms 4, service 4, location 5. The highlights were the central location and friendly staff.

Service was polite, but the help wasn't efficient or timely. The rooms felt average for what we paid, and basic facilities and maintenance need work. Hotel Centre Point has a good location and attractive interiors, but the stay didn't live up to expectations. For the cost, it was poor value and didn't feel worth it.

The food at Centre Point Hotel was a highlight for us. There’s a diverse menu, from Indian to Continental and Chinese, plus signature dishes. Flavours tasted authentic, ingredients fresh, portions satisfying, and the presentation showed care. The dining space is elegant and roomy enough for both small dinners and larger groups. It's also well set up for celebrations and events, with several function spaces and a planning team that handles details like décor and food arrangements. We could see it working for birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, or festive get-togethers. The warm, sophisticated interiors, lighting, seating, and décor make the place feel inviting and peaceful, whether you're there for a meal, party, or work event. Service was another strong point. Staff were polite, attentive, and professional from arrival to departure, taking care with table service, housekeeping, and event arrangements. They were efficient but still warm, and made us feel valued. Our visit to Centre Point Hotel, Nagpur was comfortable and memorable. It's a pleasant, well-maintained place for family gatherings, celebrations, corporate events, or fine dining.

The hotel was completely full for the Architect event I attended nearby, but the team still did their best to serve everyone. When I realized late in the morning that my formal suit had gotten wrinkled during travel, I asked the customer service team to get it ironed. They acted promptly, and it was back in my room by the time I returned from breakfast. That really saved my day. I had a great stay at Centre Point Hotel in Nagpur.
