Shubham Nagardhane made a real difference with his attentive service and hospitality. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Collection O Nagpur Railway Station is also very convenient, just a short distance from the railway station. Thanks to Shubham for making our stay so comfortable. I’d recommend the hotel for an easy stay in Nagpur and will be back. 5/5 ⭐️

I booked at the last minute after reading the reviews, and I’m glad I did. Collection O worked out well for a stay with my parents. The room was a good size and clean enough to fit three of us comfortably. Staff were polite, helpful with our questions, and accommodating.

Cleanliness was lacking, and staff were hard to find. We had to ask repeatedly for everything. They take the money but don’t provide service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and understanding. If you cause problems, though, they won’t put up with your nonsense.

Subham was especially helpful, with a friendly manner and a professional approach that made my stay much better. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a welcoming feel. I’d recommend the place and its team.
